The past few years living through the pandemic has taken it's toll on many of us, and it may feel like a struggle just to keep going.  There's too much to do and not enough time to do it all.  You feel drained physically and mentally, and even after a good night's sleep you don't feel refreshed.

You don't have to sit still!

I know that most pictures of mindfulness and meditation include a person sitting cross legged, but there are SO many ways to do mindfulness and using movement is one of the best ways to get started.  

I'm here to show you how easy mindfulness can be when you combine it with some gentle yoga, and to teach you the tips and tricks that will help keep your mind from spinning when you are sitting still.

Then I'll help you bring mindfulness into your everyday life - and that's where the REAL magic happens!

  • ​​Learn how to use mindful yoga to let go of stress, anxiety, depression and irritability and achieve a calmer, more peaceful state of mind
