In this term's Yoga for Everyone classes, I'll show you how easy mindfulness can be when you combine it with some gentle movement, and teach you how to keep your mind from spinning out of control.
​​​
I'll also help you bring mindfulness into your everyday life - and that's where the REAL magic happens!​

Mindfulness can change your life
​In this 8 week journey you will:

​​Learn how to use mindful yoga to let go of stress, anxiety, depression and irritability and achieve a calmer, more peaceful state of mind

Try a different mindfulness exercise each week, so you can discover which works best for you

Learn how to catch negative thought patterns before they tip you into a downward spiral

Take what you've learnt off the mat​​ and experience the magic of mindfulness in your everyday life

Finish the term with a 'mindfulness toolbox' that you can turn to any time you feel negativity taking over, so you can start to get back in control of your life​​

Book a whole term for the best value and priority booking! You'll experience much greater changes to your mind and body, and find your yoga practice more satisfying when you commit to a regular practice and complete the full theme. If you miss a class you can catch up with the online class recording or join an alternative class (same week or different week).
