Are you a beginner and not sure where to start?

​Have you felt confused, uncomfortable or left behind at other yoga classes?

 

​Would you like to use yoga to recover from an injury but don't know how to adapt the poses?

 

​Me too!  I've experienced all of these things in my 20 years of yoga. 

 

I want to make sure that everyone who comes to my yoga classes feels welcomed, and no one is left behind!

How has yoga helped me?

My kind of yoga is not about crazy postures, it’s about moving in a way that feels good for your body and brings peace and stillness to your mind. 

 

Yoga helped me recover from a slipped disc, knee injury and misplaced rib, and gave me invaluable tools to cope with anxiety, stress and depression

Even when my movement was severely limited or I felt exhausted, I could always do something on my yoga mat to make me feel better.

How can I help you?

I believe there's a yoga practice for everyone, and I want to help you find yours.  

​

I’ve learnt through training (Accessible Yoga & Yoga for All) and 5 years experience teaching students with bigger bodies and movement challenges, how to adapt yoga postures to suit you.  Whatever challenges you face with yoga, there's always a prop or an option that can help!
