What is a Yoga for Everyone class like?
These classes are designed to be accessible to everyone and suitable for complete beginners. No matter what your age, size, gender, injuries or movement challenges you're welcome to join us.

Our physical yoga practice (asana) will focus on moving your whole body, and strengthening as well as stretching. I offer plenty of options for each position, including practising in a chair, so you can choose the ones that suit you best.

We also practice yoga that is naturally more accessible, including mindfulness, meditation, pranayama (breath & energy), chanting, mudra (hand gestures), and learning how to incorporate yoga into our everyday lives.

What is the theme?
Each term we have a theme, to provide a focus for your practice and enable you to build your knowledge and skills over the course of the term. Our theme for the January-February term is: Learn & Love Your Body

How much are the classes?
The standard price is £12 for a 75 minute session, but I have a community supported pricing model to make classes more accessible if you're experiencing financial hardship, and enable those with greater financial resources the opportunity to give back to your yoga community.

How do I book a space?
I ask you to book a term in advance and give you options to make up for any classes you miss, because my students experience much greater changes to their mind and body, and find their yoga practice more satisfying, when they commit to a regular practice and complete the full term theme.
