Yoga for Everyone

What is a Yoga for Everyone class like?

These classes are designed to be accessible to everyone and suitable for complete beginners.  No matter what your age, size, gender, injuries or movement challenges you're welcome to join us.  

​

Our physical yoga practice (asana) will focus on moving your whole body, and strengthening as well as stretching.  I offer plenty of options for each position, including practising in a chair, so you can choose the ones that suit you best.

​

We also practice yoga that is naturally more accessible, including mindfulness, meditation, pranayama (breath & energy), chanting, mudra (hand gestures), and learning how to incorporate yoga into our everyday lives.

Do I have to book a term?

You can book one-off classes BUT I encourage you to book a term and give you options to make up for any classes you miss, because you'll experience much greater changes and find your practice more satisfying when you commit to a regular practice.  

 

Each term we have a theme, to provide a focus for your practice and enable you to build your knowledge and skills over the course of the term.  Our theme for Sep-Oct term is: Mindfulness Made Easy.

 

How much for a 75 min class?

  • Term booking: £12 Face to face - £10 Online*

  • Try 1st class of term: £12 Face to face - £10 Online

  • Drop in class: £15 Face to face - £13 Online

*Community supported pricing for term bookings makes classes more accessible if you're experiencing financial hardship, and enables those with greater financial resources the opportunity to give back to your yoga community.

How do I book?​

​​​​We start our new term in September, there are limited spaces and classes can and do get fully booked so if you know you want to join us save your space today!
