As we move through our lives, many of us find ourselves facing the same physical, mental and emotional challenges, again, and again, and again.

No matter what you do, they just keep coming back.

Do you suffer from persistent headaches and migraines?  Is it difficult to digest food?  Do you feel constantly exhausted?

Is it hard to speak publicly and express your opinions?  Do you feel confused and indecisive?  Are you unable to summon the creativity you know is inside you?

Is there a constant voice in your head telling you you're not good enough?  Do you feel stressed, anxious or depressed?  

All of these challenges (and many more!) can be linked to imbalances in the seven main energy centres - called chakras in yoga.  

These relate to everything from our feelings of safety and security to our sexuality and creativity, inner drive, ability to give and receive unconditional love, speak our mind, follow our intuition, and connect with a force greater than ourselves.

I'll show you how to balance these energy centres, so you can play an active role in your health and healing, and get back to your natural state of harmony and wellbeing.

  • Take what you've learnt off the mat with tips for nourishing your chakras (energy centres) in your everyday life

  • Finish the term with a set of tools to support your overall health and wellbeing

  • Share this journey back to balance with a friendly community who face similar challenges

Week 1: Root/Muladhara

Week 2: Sacral/Svadhisthana

Week 3: Solar Plexus/Manipura

Strength, Personality, Power, Determination

Week 4: Heart/Anahata

Acceptance, Love, Compassion, Sincerity

Week 6: Third Eye/Ajna

Intuition, Meditation, Trust

Week 7: Crown/Sahasrara

Community Supported pricing makes classes more accessible if you're experiencing financial hardship, and enables those with greater financial resources the opportunity to give back to your yoga community.

Do I have to commit to a whole term?

My students experience much greater changes to their mind and body, and find their yoga practice more satisying, when they commit to a regular practice and complete the full term theme.  That's why I ask you to book a term in advance and give you options to make up for any classes you miss.  

Term bookings enable me to get to know my students and how I can support you better, and make the most of the limited spaces I have available in each class.  ​​
