As we move through our lives, many of us find ourselves facing the same physical, mental and emotional challenges, again, and again, and again.

All of these challenges (and many more!) can be linked to imbalances in the seven main energy centres - called chakras in yoga.

These relate to everything from our feelings of safety and security to our sexuality and creativity, inner drive, ability to give and receive unconditional love, speak our mind, follow our intuition, and connect with a force greater than ourselves.

I'll show you how to balance these energy centres, so you can play an active role in your health and healing, and get back to your natural state of harmony and wellbeing.

If you miss a class you can catch up with the online class recording or join an alternative class (same week or different week).
How much for a 75 min class?
1. Term booking - £12 Face to face / £10 Online* - book by 30 October

2. One off classes - £15 Face to face / £13 Online - bookings open from 31 October
*Community Supported pricing for term bookings makes classes more accessible if you're experiencing financial hardship, and enables those with greater financial resources the opportunity to give back to your yoga community.

There's limited spaces in each class, and classes can and do get fully booked!
