Join me for a mini-retreat and set aside 2 glorious hours just for you!  We'll stretch out those tired and achy muscles and release tension in the body with some gentle poses, using lots of props to make them super restful.  We'll practice some simple breathing, mindfulness and meditation exercises to bring peace and calm to your busy mind.  

This mini-retreat is for you if: you want to slow down, relax, and give your mind and body an early Christmas present!
