Christmas Chill

Has 2025 left you stressed out and exhausted?

Would you like to rest, relax and recharge so you can enter the festive season and New Year full of energy?

Get away from all the busy-ness, leave behind the long to-do list and set aside 2 glorious hours just for you!  

​​

We'll stretch out those tired and achy muscles and release tension in your body with some gentle postures, using lots of props to make them super restful.  

​

You can practice all postures either sat in a chair or on your yoga mat, it's your choice!  

​​

We'll also practice some simple breathing, mindfulness and meditation exercises to bring peace and calm to your busy mind.  â€‹â€‹

​

As with all my classes, this is designed for beginners, people with bigger bodies and movement challenges - everyone is welcome!
