We'll stretch out those tired and achy muscles and release tension in your body with some gentle postures, using lots of props to make them super restful.

You can practice all postures either sat in a chair or on your yoga mat, it's your choice!

We'll also practice some simple breathing, mindfulness and meditation exercises to bring peace and calm to your busy mind. ​​

As with all my classes, this is designed for beginners, people with bigger bodies and movement challenges - everyone is welcome!
